“Whoever would love to be delivered from Hellfire and admitted into Paradise, let him meet his end with faith in Allah and the Last Day, and let him treat people as he would love to be treated.” (Sahih Muslim, 1844).

For a while, there has been this controversy regarding the use of loudspeakers for Azans in my country. I know, it's soothing for some but equally disturbing for some non-muslims, especially in Fajr times. Many intellectuals and celebrities have called it out but it seems that nobody's making the move. Now I do understand that other communities also use loudspeakers A LOT in several events but as Muslims, isn't it our responsibility to value their comfort? People generally dismiss the debate by putting the blame on each other and it just becomes a dead end.
