What is the guarantee that I'm not going to jahannam?

I was wondering, let's say I'm a good muslim, doing all my prayers etc, what is the true guarantee that my faith is real? I would be a good muslim only to not go to jahannam for eternity. What if Allah thinks that my faith is fake and send me to hell anyways despite believing and not sinning? How would I be sure that missing a prayer because I was at work wouldn't screw my hassanat/sayyiat balance?

Btw I'm an agnostic that believes in one and only god for quite some time and I'll probably convert soon.
