Just something I'm curious about. If you're a girl and you like a guy, what would be the best way to tell them that you're interested? If you're a guy it's much easier, but I feel like girls have it harder. Also, if girls and guys aren't allowed to talk unnecessarily, how are we supposed to know if we actually want to consider them for marriage? Like let's say there's a guy in your english class and he seems to be practicing, but you can't get to know him by becoming friends since that's haram. Maybe you worked on a group project together, the conversation was halal and on-topic at all times so again you really can't get to know him. Would you just randomly text him one day and be like "Ayo I genuinely don't know what your personality is like and we barely know each other but I want to consider you for marriage so here's baba's number"? 😂
I understand that the girl and guy can get to know each other with a chaperone, but how are they supposed to actually know if they want to even consider each other for marriage if we can't get to know one another. You can't just randomly say "hey I want to consider you for marriage" to a guy that you've only talked to for school/work purposes. How would you approach this?
