One of my family member is really depressed lately so I suggested her to be a little more spiritual than she already is and find motivation to live and better her life through islam because she enjoys being spiritual. So here im looking for islam related motivational accounts or blogs (any social media platform eg: youtube instagram reddit so on) that share good content. So she could learn more about all the good islam can bring into her life. Preferably in urdu but english is good too. TIA.
Little background, she has been exposed to Islam her whole life that has been mixed with Pakistani culture. So i want to tell her that most of the things she follows arent even in Islam, its more of a culture thing from Pakistan.
