Let's say there is a Muslim who has committed EVERY major and minor sin possible. His heart/soul is now black and the wrath of Allah is on him. Even after repenting many many times in the past, he still continued to sin, continued to betray people, cheat people, and lie to people. He feels ashamed to even ask for forgiveness/mercy because he's amongst the cruel, wicked, selfish, arrogant, greedy, and lustful. He feels that he is Shaitan and he will NEVER be forgiven because of his wickedness and evil actions. When he tries to pray, he knows Allah hates him and isn't listening to him. What should he do when he feels doomed and knows he will remain in Hell forever?
