Best Apps/Videos for learning ARabic for understanding the Qur'an for free? Unless there is something paid that is phenomenal that people know of.

Anyone use some nice apps?

I know there are some Madinah Arabic book video series on youtube.

Just not sure if it is best to get back into grammar first, or build up some vocab, or a little of each, and which app/s or free video series to start up with. Unless there is something paid that is phenomenal that people know of.
