Hi guys I’m sure at this point everyone’s aware about the situation in Afghanistan.
I’ve been hearing somewhat dual narratives about the situation. Obviously a lot of people are just saying that the situation there is terrible and it’s getting worse day by day. (Restriction of movement, low food supplies, women restriction in everything etc etc)
The other narrative is that while Taliban aren’t ideal it’s the first step towards a proper Islamic government without the US intervention. (Dramatic drop in crime rates etc)
I want to know what exactly is the situation in Afghanistan if any of y’all have someone from there who’s told you exactly what’s going on as we know news outlets don’t report the true picture.
So what’s going on there and how do we see the future of Islam & the people in Afghanistan from here on out?
