Why do many think the T*liban is correct in restricting women? did our Prophet SAWS not allow women basic rights?

on September 19, 2021 Islam, islamic information, islamic stories,

ive seen people support harming them or restricting them or saying they shouldnt be out for protesting based on how covered they are.

they cannot work or go to school or even get groceries.

is this what the Ummah has become?
