We like to tell Atheists how stupid they sound when they say that we are a cause of an accident. But in reality we too are the cause of a accident according to Islam audubillah we humans came into being on earth because Adam ate an apple, if he hadnot eaten the apple we would have not been created. So doesn’t this mean we too are a cause pf a mistake/accident?
