Salam everyone. My mom talks to these alims/moulvis who will make duas for something specific to happen. They ask for a picture of the person and then make dua for what that person wants. This is basically a form of magic right? There's no way this is truly Islamic.
I get into arguments with my mom about this all the time. I tell her it isn't right and she just says what do I know since I'm not religious myself?
