The International Open University is a higher education institution based in Gambia, it focuses on Islamic sciences and studies but there are several other courses you can do, ranging from bachelors degree to PhD. There are no course fees, rather you pay a 'registration fee' which is based on where in the world you live, it's I think $150/200 if you are from a low income country, $400/500 if you are from middle income, and about $700/800 if you are from high income country. Definitely worth looking into if you want to supplement your education or can't afford a full-time course.
Edit: all the courses are online so it doesn't matter where in the world you live, also even if you are from high income, or low income and can't afford the registration fee, they do offer scholarships and support!
