What i dream of comes true..i searched for explaining but now confused and here is why :

Islamweb (a well-known muslim site) said this (arabic version)

Here is English version in case ur arabic is not tough..it is almost same explanation

Islamweb said it is for good muslims or something like that but i found that there r non-muslims who have the same thing

so is islamweb's explanation wrong or what ?
