Quran 23:3 : those who avoid idle talk
Quran 25:72 : And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity.
Laghw is usually defined as speech which has no benefit. Does this mean joking around with friends, watching tv or playing video games in moderation will be laghw? Since those things don't necessarily bring you closer to Allah.
