Hey guys basically I’m in a really bad state right now and I desperately need some help. Every time i keep getting waswas that I worship something other than Allah audhuibillah and for example even looking down I feel like I might have worshipped it I’m scared cause I don’t know my intention if it was to commit shirk or not and I don’t know if I should assume this to be shirk or not I’ve repented just in case every time this happens but I’m not sure I don’t make sujood or anything but just the mere looking down at something I feel as if I might have committed shirk but I don’t know my intention and Idk if this was waswas or my intention.
