Salam alaykum,
What is the ruling on committing a lesser sin between two sins? I do not want to go into specifics.
I still intend to ask for forgiveness as I know Allah is The Most Merciful and The Lord of Mercy. I just would like to know if this situation is mentioned in the Qur'an or Hadith. I understand that not committing a sin at all is the best case scenario.
