Struggling with a recurring thought if someone could please give me so clarity or peace of mind.

Allah is all knowing. So what is the point in “testing” us on Earth. He knows what decisions we will make.

I REALLY hope this doesn’t sound disrespectful or offend anyone but to me (TO ME) it almost feels like Allah is just playing Sims with us. I feel like this thought keeps deterring me from fully accepting Islam (same logic can be applied to any religion but I am coming from an Islamic background).

My parents always tell me that is what faith is etc but I simply just can’t accept that explanation.

Can someone point me to a Quranic verse or trusted Hadith that can help alleviate these thoughts?
