I have an issue with watching porn, and i wanted to ask something. If the urges to watch it are extremely strong, like too strong for me to resist(I unfortunately give in to them literally every freaking day), can i masterbate to those thoughts? Instead of watching porn, can i just masterbate? Are there any hadith or ayat in the quran that say otherwise?
