I recently came across these 2 hadiths:

They tell of Abbas (ra) quoting RSAW on joining prayers.

I talked to some folks and they say it's an abrogated hadith. But what makes application of this hadith invalid? It seems to have a solid chain of narrators as well.

Why do most major Sunnis fiqhs not accept this hadith at face value?
