I've been on a "spiritual journey" for the past few months. Initially, I was a devout Christian, then I was almost certainly going to become a Muslim, and now I'm stuck in the middle. I'm just wondering if I would still be forgiven of some things I said. I used to be extremely hostile to Islam, and it's possible I said things that were blasphemous. I thought that some Muslim miracles were done by evil spirits to deceive people, and like many Christians, for a time I believed Muhammad could have been possessed, and I could have even said these things out loud. Now I believe I could be turning to Islam, and I'm wondering if I would be forgiven of my sins if I converted. Are there Quran or Hadith verses about this specific thing? Thank you
