First and foremost, of course, please take a few seconds to make dua' for my grandmother, and I pray that Allah (SWT) takes your dua' and multiplies it 100 fold for you when you die.

Now then, her death made me remember something very important. Only Allah (SWT) knows where we will end up in the afterlife. So it got me thinking, how do we feel almost assured that our loved ones, when they pass away, will go to heaven. This reminded me that there is one very important hadith by The Prophet (SAW) that not nearly enough people have heard. "If you recite ayatul kursi after every fard prayer then the only thing between you and jannah is death." I'm not sure about the exact wording but I'm sure of the hadith and the meaning. Here is a link about this hadith. So please, from now on, tell the world about this hadith. Never forget to recite ayatul kursi after every fard. No matter what's happening, no matter how much of a hurry you are in, read ayatul kursi. Tell everyone about the importance of this ayah that praises Allah (SWT). Learn this ayah. Understand this ayah. Teach this ayah. Love this ayah. The most powerful ayah in the Quran. If you love someone, tell them about this hadith.
