I've recently been watching some videos regarding the signs of Judgement day and interesting topics regarding them were discussed. One of them was that the way the world is constantly being filled with injustice and deception is actually the perfect preparation for the dajjal (translates to the deceiver). Before the dajjal comes, if the world is filled with deception and injustice before he comes, then the dajjal's deception to the people will be more easily accepted, allowing him to gain a lot of followers very easily. I feel as though the world is clearly filled with deception (social media, politicians, etc...) and perhaps this may mean that dajjal could come soon.
Another interesting topic within these videos that relates to the other point I made, is that that Imam Mahdi will only come to the world when the Muslim ummah specifically is filled with injustice and he will become the leader of the ummah and return it to the state of justice it used to have. I also feel that injustice, even within the Muslim ummah, is prevalent so this could mean imam Mahdi will arrive soon.
If I had to guess when imam Mahdi will come (he comes before dajjal), it would be within this century because I struggle to see humanity not destroying themselves before then as many important resources are running out quite quickly (iron, coal, oil, etc...) and are expected to run out within this century which could cause political turmoil and when you combine this with the continuously expanding nuclear weapons arsenal that countries have and the deep corruption within their political systems, the probability of nuclear war is always increasing and therefore the probability of human extinction is also increasing, so that's, why I feel at least the arrival of imam Mahdi, is near but of course, only Allah SWT knows.
I am interested to hear what people think about these topics and whether these signs happening within this century are plausible or not.
