Assalamulaykum Brothers and Sisters!
So I'm sure this is talked about a lot, but I'm confused about entertainment. Many Fatwas online say Movies, Video Games, etc... are haram because they contain Music, Violence, Nudity, etc... Now other than Nudity, all of these things are in practically every form of entertainment, so what are we supposed to do all day. Like yes of course there is Dhikr, Salah, etc.... But the problem is: Your mind gets a bit tired. For example, in Ramadan, on your 20th Rakah of Taraweeh, your mind gets a bit exhausted and it's a bit hard to focus. So although undoubtedly you should do as many acts of worship as possible, sometimes you need to take your mind off of it and take a break yo sort of reset your mind so your worship is as good as possible and you are focused in Salah and Dhikr. Now for entertainment, if pretty much all Movies are haram according to the fatwas online, same with video games, what do we do?
