I imagine that many Muslims have memorised Al-Fatiha in Arabic, and for those that haven't(you should), hopefully in English as it's the most important obligation upon believers in prayer.
However I heard that some people mispronounce the last word, الضالين.
Arabic is known as Lughat Al-Dhad, لغة الضاد, referring to this letter (ض). It's because that particular letter is very unique to the language, and could be hard to pronounce correctly for non-Arabic speakers.
Anyways, some people say "Wa lad-dhallin", ولا الضالين، using this letter ظ's pronounciation. That's incorrect, because it alters the meaning of the ayah. Dhallin means those who are astray, Tha'llin means those who are sedentary/staying. The same goes with maghdoub, مغضوب, pronouncing it with the pronounciation of ظ is incorrect and could nullify the prayer.
The difficulty is nailing the makhraj of it, and I can't really explain it via English, so I'll link two videos: how to pronounce it, and how it's used in Al-Fatiha.

Know that Allah is more Merciful than a mother to her child, so if you made a mistake in the pronounciation, unknowingly and unintentionally, there is no fault upon you, nor do you have to redo your prayers. Allah pardons the ignorant.
