Salam everyone, in an effort to learn more about my deen I had a lingering question. We are often told that allah accepts any dua that a believer makes. I'm already are of how it may be given. But, when we are told that at certain times allah doesnt reject a dua like laylatul qadar, before breaking a fast, that special time in jummah. So my question is, if a dua is accepted what is the significance of having those special instances that I mentioned above?
