Know your limits
In Ramadan we are all encouraged to do more than we are accustomed to in the 11 months prior. Try to increase in deeds that are within your capabilities, what do I mean by this?
If you’ve never prayed Tahajjud (night prayer) then ease yourself into it. Don’t try and do it every night and then give up after the 3rd this is sadly why taraweeh prayers are packed on the first night and by the 3rd week it’s half empty.
Tahajjud is prob an extreme example but Ramadan is about getting close to allah and my advice is to focus on quality before quantity ( apart from Quran) because the aim is to allow you to carry on your worship beyond Ramadan not just for a month as the habits you pickup will serve you well going forward.
