Hope everyone is having a good Ramadan.
I have a question regarding attending the funeral service of a non-Muslim. The father of a friend of mine passed away, and I was wondering if it was permissible to go for it. He doesn't have many friends in town right now, and I thought it would be good to go and support him at this time.
What are the rulings on this? Is there any leeway at all?
