i was invited to a muslim friend's iftar. (i didnt even know what that was until i googled it). i am nonreligious. i am curious if there is anything i should be aware of, culturally, to not, like.... mess it up for him or cause problems? what does it entail? is it just "come eat dinner" or is it a bigger celebration etc?
