Firstly I don’t know 100% whether hijab is optional or not. I’ve seen mixed feelings about it and a lot of people saying that there’s nothing specific said about how it’s haram to not wear one. But if it was haram;
What would happen in this case? Would it get more and more haram for each extra viewer? Since it would be impossible to take it down just because of one cast member. Or would the woman be forgiven?
