Should one still pray if their prayers that don’t count?

I am a new Muslim, and I have not learned how to pray well, and I do not have my schedule for prayer down yet, and I’m not always in a position to do Wudu, I don’t always have the right clothes on at the time prayers are to be done... So my question is... is it disrespectful or Haram to pray when the conditions of proper prayer cannot be met, or does it just not count, like it’s not acknowledged... is it like doing nothing at all? Is it still good to do it even if the proper conditions for it cannot be met, or is it better to avoid it?
