Do I have to make Wudhu everytime I want to learn Quran ?

Assalam Aleykum,

For now a few years I have been praying with the same two surats, so I wanted to start memorizing a little more with the upcoming month of Ramadan.

I know I have to make Wudhu everytime I want to open and touch the Quran but do I also have to make Wudhu everytime I want to memorize in the following situations :

- memorizing verses via my phone ?

- memorizing verses prewritten on a paper sheet from my Quran ? Just writting verses from any source ?

- On a computer via recitations youtube videos ?

I tend to lose my Wudhu fast after prayers and it's kinda demotivating to always have to do it again, and I can't take advantage of commute time aswell. With school courses I can just learn/memorize whenever and wherever I am.
