Tajweed rule from like 18:88 - Jazaaaa'a-nil-Husnaa is it?

Is it 'a-nil-Husnaa instead of 'a-nal-Husnaa?

What is the rule on that if the sound is nil? Because you see Jazaaaa'an, it ends with fathatayn.

By the way, if anyone has any good youtube course on tajweed or other please let me know. I also know this is not the way to learn tajweed precisely, I was blessed to learn with a teacher/s in person, and listen, so there is some basis. I may also have to find my old notes and see if my teacher covered this / has an explanation. I believe I may have forgotten
