People that use the word "wahabbi", why do you use it? Where did you get it from?

I get the feeling that the people that use this word only intend to use it in a derogotary way, like no one on earth actually calls themselves wahabbis, so why are you so insistent on butchering the name of Allah to use as a derogotary term for a group of Sunni Muslims?
