Is Fashion design haram?

Hi, so I need help figuring out if my designs are permissible and what is the ruling on creating artwork?

I have been creating artwork of sentient beings without knowing it was haram until recently. Over the past 2 years, I have become closer to my deen and I'm willing to make the changes necessary to improve my lifestyle and find peace. Lately, I have been uninspired and something was bugging me, and now that I have discovered the root cause and saved myself from committing a grave sin and adding difficulty to my life.

The artwork I have created includes images of Hands, abstract faces (I have used a mannequin face and added a metallic effect) would this be considered haram?

How should one create menswear without falling into sin, is it ok if I create clothing with patterns of nature artwork of the moon, etc?

Lastly sorry for the long paragraph. Let's say this is my main source of income I create designs of such without know it was haram can I donate the funds I have earned from this clothing to charity to dispose of this haram money.

Thank you for your time I could easily let this upset me but I feel inspired to make designs that is permissible using the guidelines of the deen.
