MBA in Finance - Which career routes are allowed in Islam?

Hello,

I have a question, I want to do an MBA in finance but all jobs require some role of interest. Even companies in muslim world deal in interest. Now , i hate ribba which is why I want to ask what roles in finance i.e. investment banking, hedge funds etc. are allowed in Islam?
