Jewish dude, here! Did those of you that grew up in Christian-majority countries get the “don’t tell the Christian kids that Santa Claus (or that country’s equivalent) isn’t real” talk from your parents?

When my sister and I were little my parents sat us down to talk about how to manage the topic of Santa and how you shouldn’t tell them Santa isn’t real (also the Easter Bunny). All the Jews I know experienced something similar, but I don’t really know any Muslims IRL, and I’m curious if any of you experienced something similar when you were a kid.
