I teach Quran and Arabic for students aged 7 - 11. Last week they asked me about transgender operations, homosexuality and drag queens.

I teach that age group for a reason. I am qualified to teach adults but I teach young children for a reason.

When they asked me about this I had to go outside and think of the best way to answer them.

Shbhanallah this generation knows everything. We have to have our answers ready.

What would you say if a class of children asked you this? Keep in mind I said to one who kept asking questions “have you ever asked your mother”. She (aged 7) responded “I always ask her but she tells me later later”.
