Hello, I am Catholic but I wanted to ask Muslims few questions. How practicing are Muslims in Europe? I am not referring to Muslim countries like Bosnia, Albania or Turkey, I am asking about countries like France, UK, Germany, Sweden, etc. where there is a significant Muslim minority. Do Muslims still practice Islam once they immigrate to Europe?
For example in order to be considered practicing Catholic you need to do many things, one among those things is to attend Church every Sunday. I know some requirements that Muslims need to do like praying 5 times a day, attending Mosque on Fridays, etc. Is there any statistic that will show us how many percent of Muslims from let's say France attend Mosque on Fridays? Or how many percent of them pray 5 times a day?
How about young Muslims who are already born in those countries by immigrant families, do they still practice or do they get "westernized"? If you don't have a particular study about statistics to give me than I would appreciate if some Muslim from Europe gives me his personal opinion and observation because they live there and know how the community is there.
