Hi everyone,
I have great difficulty sitting on my heels during prayer. I feel great pain in both my ankles and my knees and I cannot hold the position for maybe more than 10 seconds. I would like to know if anyone knows some specific exercises that can help make my ankles more flexible so that I can carry out prayer correctly.
