I have been seeing a lot of hate on Islam EstughfurAllah online, filled with rumors and lies, and it hurts to see it, and knowing some people will stumble upon these things and believe it. I can’t stand it, it really saddens me and it almost feels like I’m losing my faith, as I constantly see people don’t appreciate our faith or don’t even respect it, calling our prophets and angels satan and rapists. How do you brothers deal with this? I just can’t ignore it, it hurts to much to ignore it. I think I need a break from the internet, maybe a permanent one. JZK.

315. The Virtues of Reciting the First Kalimah
The declaration of belief in the oneness of Allah or Kalimah Tayyibah
Laa ilaaha ill-Allah
(There is no worthy of worship except Allah)
Zaid bin ‘Arqam (Ra) narrated that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever says Laa ilaaha illal-laah…sincerely will enter the Paradise.”
It was said: And what is the [sign of] sincerity? He said:“That this Kalimah stops him from those things which Allah has forbidden.” [Tabaraani in Awsat-ul-Kabeer]
Almighty Allah says: “Do you not see how Allah puts forth the likeness of a good word (kalimah tayyibah)? It is like a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and whose branches reach to the sky. It brings forth its fruit in all seasons by the command of its Lord. And Allah sets forth parables for men, so that they may take heed. And the likeness of an evil word (kalimah khabeetha- a word of shirk) is like an evil tree, which is uprooted from the face of the earth, and has no stability.” [Qur’an: 24-26]

Imam Muslim narrated about the conquest of Constantinople that the Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: " The Last Hour will not come until seventy thousand people from Bani Isaac (Is'haaq) attack it ".(Constantinople)
The scholars held the Romans (Europeans) to be Bani ishaq.
Imam Ibn Kathir believed that Romans will embrace Islam in the Last days, probably the conquest of Constantinople would be by their hands.
Sahih Muslim 2898:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The Last Hour would come (when) the Romans would form a majority amongst people. 'Amr said to him (Mustaurid Qurashi): See what you are saying? He said: I say what I heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). Thereupon he said: If you say that, it is a fact for they have four qualities. They have the patience to undergo a trial and immediately restore themselves to sanity after trouble and attack again after flight. They (have the quality) of being good to the destitute and the orphans, to the weak and, fifthly, the good quality in them is that they put resistance against the oppression of kings.

Jabir b. Abdullah reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) happened to walk through the bazar coming from the side of 'Aliya and the people were on both his sides. There he found a dead lamb with very short ears. He took hold of his ear and said:
Who amongst you would like to have this for a dirham? They said: We do not like to have it even for less than that as it is of no use to us. He said: Do you wish to have it (free of any cost)? They said: By Allah, even if it were alive (we would not have liked to possess that), for there is defect in it as its ear is very short; now it is dead also. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: By Allah, this world is more insignificant in the eye of Allah than it (this dead lamb) is in your eye.

I know that praying is necessary, which is why i force my self to do it, but should it really be this way ? I once saw something like "whoever is happy to meet Allah (by praying) Allah is happy to them".But i don't find joy in praying.
I'm not saying that i do not want to meet my creaotr of course, but whenever people say "the moment when you pray is the moment where you feel closest to Allah", i don't feel anything when praying and i feel like a bad muslim and that i'm missing something obvious.

My understanding of the term 'gambling' is that its when you put money on a situation that you can't control, such as a slot machine or fantasy football. Those two are dependent on someone else's performance, or pure luck and chance. Is it still haram to put money on a form of competition that is not based on chance, rather skill? Like is it haram to compete in a game with a friend while putting money on it? Unlike the slot machine, I can control the results, and determine if I get the money in the end.

If it’s a really expensive range, and I’m either not certain it’s THAT in-demand by readers or if I am wary about quality, then I will purchase less than the full range initially, then purchase more (or not at all) based on performance — both with readers but also quality.

I'm just curious as I've been offered some rabbit meat that was hunted from a kafir friend.
I was also interested in making a rabbit meat setup for harvesting which I've heard that eating rabbits is halaal and obviously from that point we would have to cut the throat of the animal without it seeing the blade to drain the blood.
When it comes to hunting which is permissible to hunt game and eat it without halaal slaughter, can we take this from Kafir though if we are in dire times and in need of food?

314. Jannah becomes obligatory for the one who Recites the following
Abu Sa’id (Ra) said that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “Whoever says:
Radeetu billahi rabban, Wa bil-Islaami deenan,Wa bi-Muhammadin rasoolan
Jannah becomes obligatory for him (to enter). [Abu-Dawud]
Note: Best said in Morning and Evening with "Nabiyanwa rasoolan"
Best translation I could find was: Radhitu billahi Rabba (I’ve accepted Allah as my Lord) Wa bil Islami deena (And Islam as my way of life) Wa bimuhammadin salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam (And Muhammad may Allah’s peace & blessings be upon him) Nabiyyan wa Rasoola (As Prophet and Messenger of Allah)

some of my wording is not appropriate for uneducated kids. so, please don't read this without being an adult who have achieved adulthood who understands what happens between a wife and her husband. and Islamophobic lurkers I don't want to see you criticizing on this thread. you can participate respectfully.
I don't want to make fitnah. only making advice. and you are free to work by the advice.
what should you do in regard to awrah? wear baggy clothes, not revealing skin, not wearing bizzare and shiny clothes for women (depending on the culture. in Indian culture there are no bizzare colors to them), for the men do not wear clothes that reveal your bulge or the size of your genitals and your butt, and for women baggy clothes.
The awrah of a man to men and women is short to explain thankfully. it's everything between the belly button and the knees. except in front of his wife. he can show her everything. that is due to the fact that Muslim men are obligated to work and provide for the wife and kids. so his clothes need to be versatile for a sailor for example. and other examples of course.
The awrah of a woman to stranger men is everything except for the hands and the face or it might include the hands and face depending on the madhab. I follow a mix of the shafii madhab and the hanbali madhab. but most say it is allowed to show the face and the hands for the Muslim woman. that's what the typical Muslim should wear. https://sad-images.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/6183.jpg and the niqab applies too. not to forget no makeup is allowed for both men at all times. and for women outside of the house.
now let's get to some specifics.
1-the awrah of a woman to a Muslim woman, 2-the awrah of a woman to a mahram man, 3-the awrah of a woman to a non muslim woman, and 4-the awrah of a of children under 7 and under 10 lunar years.
I didn't cover all the cases. but some of the most famous cases.
1-The Awrah of a woman to another Muslim woman.
it is the same as the man's awrah. from the belly button to the knees.
2-The Awrah of a woman to a Mahram Man (brother, father, son, uncle, granfather, etc)
it is rather a place of debate. but the agreed upon to show is you can show your head, your neck and not chest, arms, hands, and feet. and the rest is for debate. but I follow the opinion that says from the feet to your upper arms. but I'm still not sure and I'm still studying.
https://binbaz.org.sa/fatwas/4574/حد-عورة-المراة-عند-محارمها%C2%A0
of course the of hiding of your awrah is different here because it is mahrams. I'm not going into specifics so ask your local scholar for this to answer you more thoroughly.
3- The awrah of a woman to kitabi or a non kitabi woman. whether atheist, hindu, etc.
surprising to a lot of people here there is a difference on whether she covers like she covers to a stranger man or the same awrah to a muslim woman. but the most likely opinion is that she covers the same way to she should cover to a muslim woman. from bellybutton to knees. kitabi or not. but if the woman was attracted to you or she was originally a man and she is now a woman and other cases, you should treat her like a stranger man to not allow in any attraction or any haram relationships.
4- the awrah of children under 7 and from 7-10.
until the age of seven they have no awrah. boys or girls. as most of them are not aware of what they are doing and can show it accidentally or you need to change a diaper, etc. it is preferable to cover the child but you wouldn't gain any bad deeds for showing it accidentally or anything. but if there was a stranger man or woman or anything it is highly preferable to hide it. rather it is haram/makrooh depending in the context.
kids from 7-10
boys: the underwear area. to men and women. in salah and everyday life. and it is preferable to cover like an adult would. until he reaches to 10 and he covers like a man.
girls: from belly button to knee. to mahram men and normal women. and it is preferable to cover like an adult. but in front of strangers her awra is what an adult woman covers in front of mahram men. showing the head, neck, arms, hands, feet, etc. the ones mentioned before. until she reaches 10 and she covers like a woman.

lts been 1 2 years (Dec. 2008) since Israeli forces used White phosphorus on unarmed people on Gaza.
After years of being inundated with highlighters, 2020 was a much “slower” year with respect to highlighter releases–just over 100 that I reviewed myself–so keeping this a short, edited list wasn’t difficult at all. I’ve broken up my highlighter favorites by price, effectively more affordable (this post) and higher-end (next post).
If you’re unfamiliar with how I like to do my year-end favorites, here’s the low down: I pull from the products I reviewed in 2020, regardless of whether they were new, limited edition, or an established range I’ve only just gotten around to reviewing. These are personal favorites, so they may or may not be the highest rated products reviewed during the year (though they will tend to be better rated, naturally!). (You can check out best of 2019 if you missed last year’s.)
