So i need to pay extra to get ahold of ultrasounds now because the new rules are that the ultrasound tech cant show the ultrasound. I have to turn around and pay pockethealth for something I’ve already paid for through taxes. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be found and fired from government immediately. Based on what I’ve read online and a LOT of hear say, NAD is supposed to really help repair your body on a cellular level. TruNiagen is claiming to boost NAD, so I’m curious if anyone has tried it or has any info on it? [link] [comments] |

I have had athlete’s foot for a long time but it was in check and required cream only 2 or 3 times a year. I was using lotrimin for years and a tube would last like 2 years. Well this spring i had a little flare, used confidently Lotrimin and it did nothing after 10 days. I called my doc and she said to try Lamisil. The original treatment with Lamisil is a week. Lotrimin is 2 weeks. Using Lamisil which is so far working, shall i keep using it for 2 weeks like Lotrimin or follow the 1 week treatment they say to do. And yes, i wash my feet 3 times a day, keep them dry and as much in daylight as possible, wear sandals as much as i can ,change socks during the day when wearing sneakers and a couple of other things

I love reading about new tech in the health space, but articles like the one i linked seem to always have only the trendiest tech. What are some of the more obscure, best and/or most cutting edge body/health analysis devices out there right now? Devices like the Apple Watch, or similar wearable watches, or I’ve seen devices that measure your state of ketosis with a breath device. [link] [comments] |
