Some of you already know what they are, but just incase-
On steam, some games have trading cards that are acquired by different ways, by launching the game and playing it for a certain time, by buying cards from other people, by trading them with others or having them gifted to you. The cards don't serve much purpose other than for buying/selling aswell as making a collection of them related to a certain game to earn a badge on your account.
(Many cards also include images, that might play into this question)
I used to buy trading cards often to collect badges on my account but i don't do that anymore as I've lost interest in it. I've looked again at my inventory and saw that i had a bunch of trading cards that i would like to sell off as im not hunting for badges anymore.
