In courts that are governed by Islamic Law, what is the general stance on ideas like Due Process and also admissibility vs inadmissibility of evidence? Is there any way for evidence to be deemed illegally acquired, even if it's condemning information?
Perhaps a further and more general other question: is there any stance on libertarianism when it comes to Islamic law and government?
