I’ve read that asking someone else to perform Ruqya is not permissible, but that one can perform it for themselves. I’m not particularly drawn to making Ruqya but some family members have advised that I do it for myself as some things have happened lately, but I’m not really sure / in my opinion dua is more than sufficient
