The title might've left you concerned but i feel it's entirely reasonable to make this statement. Whenever a Christian terror attack happens, especially in a country of a different religion, we always see it on the news and we call out and shame the terrorists. (Hanau, Christchurch). Most people pick a side and it's hard to find anyone defending the terrorists or try to reason why they might have been right. We have our ongoing struggle to help and protect gay people or women needing abortions and plenty more conflicts with the church but we do something when stuff needs to be done.
I've seen some news headlines and some posts online even defending the kid but what made me sick to my stomach is the number of people saying that it was not free speech and free speech doesn't give you the right to mock a religion. I won't doxx anyone so don't ask for usernames.

We are in the year 2020, plenty of countries removed their laws on blasphemy, abortion. Plenty of countries are moving forward and helping gay people. I don't want to keep arguing that blasphemy is freedom of speech, it's not my job in the first place. I enjoy many freedoms as a Christian, i can burn crosses and swear with God's name and no one would care, people would actually laugh and ignore me. If muslims want to enjoy these freedoms they better start working hard to earn them. We fought for hundreds of years against fanatics and the church (please don't bring up stuff about the united states)
