Is lying on a website permissible?

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

I have a question about lying. Is it permissible to lie in an online website/program? The scenario im talking about is for example if there's an age restriction on accessing an app and it asks you if you're over 18 but you're actually 16. Is it permissible to claim you're 18 like this?
