Cleaning yourself after being in contact with dog’s saliva?

I know the consensus is to wash yourself seven time, with one of them being dirt. Is it like, normal dirt? Like the one one would find in their garden? Can I use clean cat litter? What’s the consensus on using soap? Is there any niyyah to read before washing yourself? Thank you
