I am so suicidal I’m overcome with urges to spontaneously kill myself. For example I have serious thoughts about crashing my car such as driving on the wrong side of the road or when I see a balcony, such as in the library, I want to jump to my death when I’m upset about something.
If I kill myself spontaneously out of insanity will I go to hell?
