As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa-raḥmatu -llāhi wa-barakātuhū

I wanna learn how to read Arabic and understand it but without all flex with pronunciation, grammar, writing and etc

Are there any good bilingual books / resources for this purpose or something like that? Any tips? I just wanna read and understand properly Arabic first, then dive into all details with improving pronunciation, grammar, etc
