Is it normal to feel sad after prayer? Sometimes I pray and my heart feels warm. But lately, I have this sinking and heavy heart feeling after prayer. It’s weird and hard to describe. What should I do? I just completed my 5th prayer of the day (isha) and feel so heavy. I wasnt feeling heavy before I began praying and during dua and right after I feel heavy. I don’t like this feeling 😔
