Did I commit shirk? Is it too late? Is this unforgivable now? Is this the end of me?

In my religious studies class we were making our own religions to help understand what makes a religion a religion. I started making a prayer for my religion cause I was meant to do that so then I put it down. When I presented I said the made up prayer ‘I testify that and am thankful that Lord Dio brought tranquility to the the world’. After the presentation I had this feeling and think that I had just committed shirk by saying that even thought I didn’t mean it. What am I going to do? Will Allah forgive me? I have never felt this guilty before? Please help
